As you begin preparing for the upcoming tax season, we wanted to share some helpful tips and information related to your RadiFi account. The IRS will begin accepting tax returns on January 16, 2023. The deadline for filing is April 18th.
RAdifi Routing & Transit Number
Our routing & transit number is 263079234. Please be sure to use your 13-digit formatted account number for the fastest electronic posting. You can locate this information on your checks.
Important Tax Documents
If enrolled in eStatements, your RadiFi tax documents are available inside Digital Banking, under Documents & Statements.
- 1099 INT: For your deposit accounts – sent for any account earning over $10.00 in year-to-date interest for 2020.
- 1098: For your Mortgage – sent for any mortgage for which you paid mortgage interest.
- 1098: For your Midwest Mortgage – will be mailed from Midwest. If you do not receive by the end of January, please call Midwest directly at 1-800-262-6574.
- 1099R: For IRA withdrawals – will be mailed from Ascensus, our IRA Administrator.
- 5498: For your IRA – you can still make contributions for 2022 through April 18, 2023. This tax document will be mailed by 4/30/23.
Tax Refunds
- Ownership – the incoming deposit must be in the name of the account owner.
- Incoming Deposits – are credited on the date specified by the sender. We can set up deposit alerts for you so you can be notified by text or email. Call us at 904-475-8000 to have us set this up for you.
- Refund Check – the first $5,000 will be available pending verification of check and funds. The remaining funds are subject to a hold, generally four (4) business days. Refund checks cannot be deposited into ATMs unless issued by the IRS.
- Refund Card – If your refund card has a VISA logo, cash advances* are available may be made available for funding. Important: Your name must be imprinted on the card.*Advances are subject to fees, please see card issuer for details.

Key filing season dates
There are several important dates taxpayers should keep in mind for this year’s filing season:
- January 16: IRS begins 2023 tax season. Individual 2022 tax returns begin being accepted and processing begins.
- January 27: Earned Income Tax Credit Awareness Day to raise awareness of valuable tax credits available to many people – including the option to use prior-year income to qualify.
- April 18: Due date to file 2022 tax return or request extension and pay tax owed.
- October 16: Due date to file for those requesting an extension on their 2022 tax returns.
