Veterans Affairs (VA) Loans

Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Loans
Government-backed mortgages
The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) is an agency within the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that insures home mortgages, allowing your lender to offer you an attractive home loan, including the following:

- More flexible credit requirements
- Cash Out Refinances – Up to 85%
- Closing costs and fees can be included in the loan so you’ll need less cash up front

FHA SECTION 203K LOANS

A 203K loan lets you enjoy the benefits of growing home equity. Eligible borrowers can purchase or refinance their home, include rehabilitation and repair costs in the same loan, and enjoy a number of advantages:

- To refinance an existing mortgage and rehabilitate the property
