Full Contest Rules

  1. Eligibility:
    1. The giveaway is open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
    2. Employees, volunteers, contractors, and immediate family members of the sponsoring business are not eligible to participate.
    3. Participants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  2. Entry:
    1. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win the giveaway.
    2. Participants may enter the giveaway by completing the entry form provided by RadiFi Credit Union.
    3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
    4. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
  3. Giveaway Period:
    1. The giveaway begins at 12:00 am on October 3, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm on December 8, 2025. All entries must be received by the specified end date and time to be eligible.
  4. Winner Selection:
    1. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
    2. The selection will take place within one day following the end of the giveaway period.
    3. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  5. Winner Notification:
    1. The winner will be notified via email or phone within ten days of the selection.
    2. The winner must respond to the notification within ten days to claim the prize.
    3. If the winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
  6. Prize:
    1. The prize is a Meta Quest 3S 128GB — Dive into Mixed Reality — Unreal device. Unreal price. — Gorilla Tag Cardboard Hero Bundle — Amazon Exclusive, valued at $299.00 and purchased by RadiFi Credit Union.
    2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitute.
    3. RadiFi reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of similar value if necessary.
  7. Publicity:
    1. By participating in the giveaway, participants grant RadiFi Credit Union the right to use their names, photographs, and other relevant information for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
    2. By providing your email address, you agree that RadiFi Credit Union may use it to send you communications about your accounts, products, services, promotions, and other information we believe may be of interest. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the instructions included in each message. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, RadiFi Credit Union may still send you important service or transactional messages related to your accounts. Your information will be protected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    3. By providing your telephone number, you consent and agree that RadiFi Credit Union (and its agents or service providers) may contact you at that number using calls or text messages for marketing purposes. Consent is not a condition of entry or of becoming a RadiFi Credit Union member, and you may opt out of receiving marketing calls or texts at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply.
      Your information will be protected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  8. General Conditions:
    1. RadiFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
    2. RadiFi is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or technical malfunctions that may occur.
    3. By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless RadiFi Credit Union, its employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the giveaway.
  9. Governing Law:
    1. The giveaway and these rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
