Full Contest Rules
- Eligibility:
- The giveaway is open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, volunteers, contractors, and immediate family members of the sponsoring business are not eligible to participate.
- Participants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Entry:
- No purchase or payment is required to enter or win the giveaway.
- Participants may enter the giveaway by completing the entry form provided by RadiFi Credit Union.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
- Giveaway Period:
- The giveaway begins at 12:00 am on November 22, 2024 and ends at 12:00 am on December 12, 2024. All entries must be received by the specified end date and time to be eligible.
- Winner Selection:
- The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
- The selection will take place within one day following the end of the giveaway period.
- The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Winner Notification:
- The winner will be notified via email or phone within ten days of the selection.
- The winner must respond to the notification within ten days to claim the prize.
- If the winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Prize:
- The prize is a Yeti Tundra Cooler with a $500 Visa Gift Card, as described by RadiFi.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitute.
- RadiFi reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of similar value if necessary.
- Publicity:
- By participating in the giveaway, participants grant RadiFi Credit Union the right to use their names, photographs, and other relevant information for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
- General Conditions:
- RadiFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- RadiFi is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or technical malfunctions that may occur.
- By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless RadiFi Credit Union, its employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the giveaway.
- Governing Law:
- The giveaway and these rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
