Honoring Charter Day
On Friday, April 17, 2026, RadiFi Credit Union is proud to sponsor Jacksonville University Charter Day, a long-standing tradition rooted in service, community impact, and giving back across the Jacksonville area.
Charter Day commemorates the founding of Jacksonville University in 1934, originally established as William J. Porter University. Today, it has evolved into a day where classes are paused, and students, faculty, and community partners dedicate their time to volunteer efforts across the Jacksonville area.

Volunteering Together on April 17
This year, RadiFi associates will be volunteering alongside Jacksonville University students during Charter Day’s community-wide service projects on April 17.
Charter Day typically mobilizes hundreds of volunteers across dozens of nonprofit organizations throughout Jacksonville – creating a meaningful, collective impact in just one day.
RadiFi associates are proud to participate in JU Charter Day alongside students and community volunteers.

Over 600 Charter Day Hats Donated
In addition to volunteering, RadiFi is proud to support this year’s event by donating over 600 commemorative Charter Day hats for participants.
These hats will be worn by volunteers throughout the day, creating a shared sense of identity and pride while serving across the Jacksonville community. It’s a small but meaningful way to celebrate participation and recognize the collective effort behind Charter Day.
