With RadiFi’s Digital Banking, you have powerful tools to manage your debit card securely and conveniently—all in one place.
Card Services Options
When you click the Card Services icon, you can:

- Lock or Unlock Your Card – Instantly block or unblock your debit card if it’s misplaced or you want extra peace of mind.
- Add to Digital Wallet – Securely add your card to Apple Pay®, Google Pay™, or Samsung Pay™. (Once added, this option will no longer appear.)
- Set Travel Notices – Let us know when you’re traveling so your card works smoothly wherever you go.
- Access Advanced Card Controls – Manage alerts and additional security settings.
How to Set Up Advanced Card Alerts
From your Dashboard, select the account linked to your debit card.
- Click the Card Services icon.
- Select Advanced Card Controls.
- Click Register and close the window.
- Return to Card Services and choose Advanced Card Alerts.
- Select from the list of four optional alerts to keep track of your card activity.
Explore Mobile Deposit
If you want to deposit a check, you don’t need to find an ATM or come to a branch. All you need is your phone! Just follow the instructions, snap a couple of quick photos, and deposits will be credited to your account.
Transfer Funds and Pay Loans
With your RadiFi Digital Banking account, you can transfer money between your RadiFi and non-RadiFi accounts with ease, schedule recurring transfers, or even make regular payments to earn toward a big savings goal.

Getting started with RadiFi Digital Banking is quick and easy—it only takes a few minutes.
To register for the first time:
- Click “Login” in the upper right corner of our website
- Select “Register for Online Banking”
- Follow the prompts to verify your identity and set up your login credentials
During registration, you’ll confirm your information and create your username and password.
Whether you’re a primary or joint account holder, you’ll be guided through the steps to securely connect your accounts.

Yes! Our Online Banking and Mobile Banking App are all-inclusive.
Download the app from the store, grab your credit and/or debit card, and register from the phone. You will verify your identity, select security questions, and create a sign on using your digital banking User ID and Password.
You can search for RadiFi Credit Union in the App Store for Apple devices or Google Play for Android. You can also find the links to our Apps on our Digital Banking page.
Mobile Check Deposit allows you to use your smartphone to take a picture of a check you want to deposit into your RadiFi checking or primary savings account. It is available for free in our Mobile App.
Yes. We would like you to endorse the back of your check deposit with the following:
- Your Signature
- For Mobile Deposit Only RadiFi CU
- Your Account Number
This will help you know that you made a deposit with Mobile Check Deposit and avoid you bringing the check to a branch for duplicate deposit.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it from the login page.
Simply click the “Forgot Password” link and follow the prompts.
To verify your identity, you’ll be asked to provide:
- Your username
- Your date of birth
- The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
Once completed, you’ll be able to securely reset your password and regain access to your account.
👉 If you don’t remember your username, select “I Don’t Know My Username” on the same screen for additional assistance.

Yes. After logging into Digital Banking, select your Profile picture. In the drop-down menu, click Security. You may change your User ID or Password, and also set up Two Factor Authentication.
It means your password was entered incorrectly too many times when attempting to log into Digital Banking. You will need to contact RadiFi at 904-475-8000 to have your account reset.
As part of our security measures, RadiFi removes digital banking access after extended inactivity to help protect your account and personal information.
If you do not log in for 90 days or more, your digital banking access may be automatically removed. This helps reduce the risk of unauthorized access to inactive profiles.
Your RadiFi accounts remain safe and unaffected—this only removes your digital banking login.
If your access has been removed, you can quickly restore it by selecting Register for Digital Banking:
