Introducing the Workforce Housing Plus Program

New this year is the Workforce Housing Plus program, designed to help offset rising home prices and inflation for homebuyers. With up to $15,000 in financial assistance per member, this program provides crucial support for those needing help with down payments and closing costs.

How the Program Works

To qualify, prospective families and individuals must have incomes between 80.01 percent and 120 percent of the area median income (AMI). In Jacksonville, Florida, the AMI is $65,000.

In addition to meeting the income eligibility requirements, RadiFi Credit Union members must:

• Contribute at least $1,000 toward the purchase of the home and $250 at closing.
• Occupy the home as a primary residence.
• Complete a homebuyer literacy course specified by FHLBank Atlanta.
• First-time and non-first-time buyers may qualify for funds.
