Help Local Students Shine Bright This School Year with RadiFi’s Back-to-School Supply Drive
RadiFi Credit Union is kicking off a Back-to-School Supply Drive in celebration of our 90th anniversary, National I Love My Credit Union Day (July 25), and Florida’s extended Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday. From July 17 through August 9, we’re collecting essential school supplies to support students and families in the neighborhoods surrounding our branch locations.
Why It Matters
This year, school supply costs are hitting families harder than ever. A recent study from Savings.com found that:
- 72% of parents are cutting expenses or working extra hours just to afford supplies — up from 56% last year.
- The average family is expected to spend around $620 per student.
- 70% of parents are worried about inflation and tariffs pushing prices even higher.
At RadiFi, we believe every child deserves to start the school year with the tools they need to succeed. By donating supplies, you’re helping relieve financial stress and setting students up for a great year ahead.
What to Donate
We’re accepting new school supplies including:
- Backpacks
- Notebooks
- Pens, pencils, and crayons
- Binders and folders
- Scissors, glue sticks, and calculators
…and other classroom essentials.
Where to Drop Off Donations
Bring your donations to any RadiFi branch during business hours:
Monday–Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. | Saturday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
