From Contest Winner to Member: Tiffany’s RadiFi Journey

When you visit an event like Ancient City Con, you expect to find epic costumes, creative art, and maybe even a few dragons. What you might not expect to find? Your new favorite credit union.
That’s exactly what happened for Tiffany Easterling, a Jacksonville-area author, comic creator, and lifelong sci-fi fan who stopped by the RadiFi Credit Union booth during this year’s convention. Tiffany met Ashleigh Wittkamp, RadiFi’s New Market Success Manager, and Jim Bystrzycki, one of our experienced mortgage lenders, and quickly struck up a conversation. Between talking about her love of storytelling and RadiFi’s commitment to helping people reach their financial goals, she decided to enter our Meta Quest giveaway, and encouraged her own fans to visit the booth and enter, too!
A few days later, Ashleigh called Tiffany with some exciting news: she’d won the VR headset! 🎉
But Tiffany’s story didn’t end there. During their conversation, she learned more about RadiFi’s free checking accounts, competitive rates, and personalized service, and realized that the credit union’s member first philosophy matched her own creative and community-driven spirit. Soon after, Tiffany became one of RadiFi’s newest members.
Today, Tiffany isn’t just a proud Meta Quest winner. She’s also part of the RadiFi family, continuing to write, create, and inspire others to follow their passions, both in her books and in life.
