RadiFi Duck Drop Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility

1. The giveaway is open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Employees, volunteers, contractors, and immediate family members of RadiFi Credit Union are not eligible to participate.
3. Participants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Entry

1. No purchase or payment is required to enter or receive a duck.
2. Participants may enter by completing the entry form provided by RadiFi Credit Union at participating events.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Period

1. This is an ongoing giveaway at RadiFi Credit Union special events. It does not have a defined start or end date and will continue while supplies last.

4. Duck Distribution

1. Participants who complete the entry form and show confirmation (on-screen or via email) to a RadiFi team member will receive one (1) RadiFi Rubber Duck, while supplies last.
2. Ducks are available on a first-come, first-served basis at each event.

5. Prize

1. The prize is one (1) RadiFi Rubber Duck. The approximate retail value is nominal.
2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitute.

6. Publicity

1. By participating in the giveaway, participants grant RadiFi Credit Union the right to use their names, photographs, and other relevant information for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
2. By providing your email address, you agree that RadiFi Credit Union may use it to send you communications about your accounts, products, services, promotions, and other information we believe may be of interest. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the instructions included in each message. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, RadiFi Credit Union may still send you important service or transactional messages related to your accounts. Your information will be protected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. By providing your telephone number, you consent and agree that RadiFi Credit Union (and its agents or service providers) may contact you at that number using calls or text messages for marketing purposes. Consent is not a condition of entry or of becoming a RadiFi Credit Union member, and you may opt out of receiving marketing calls or texts at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply.

7. General Conditions

1. RadiFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
2. RadiFi is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or technical malfunctions that may occur.
3. By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless RadiFi Credit Union, its employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the giveaway.

8. Governing Law

1. The giveaway and these rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
