RadiFi Credit Union Recognizes Lisa Adkins as Wave Maker of the Year

RadiFi Credit Union is proud to recognize Lisa Adkins, Director of Collections and Recovery, as its 2025 Wave Maker of the Year.

This recognition highlights Adkins’ leadership and the meaningful impact she has made in a short time since joining RadiFi. Known for driving operational improvements and strengthening internal collaboration, she exemplifies what it means to “Make Waves” across the organization.

In her role, Adkins has led key operational enhancements, including the implementation of a new collections platform that has improved reporting and increased overall efficiency.

Her work has helped modernize processes within Collections and Recovery, enabling the team to operate more effectively while maintaining a strong focus on member support. In addition to her departmental leadership, Adkins also leads the Communications Committee, helping to strengthen alignment and teamwork across RadiFi.

With more than 17 years of experience in the credit union industry, Adkins brings a deep understanding of the complexities within collections – and a passion for helping people.

“People don’t plan to fall behind,” Adkins shared. “Often, they’re overwhelmed or unsure of what to do. Being able to connect with someone and provide a solution – that’s what makes the work meaningful.”

Her approach reflects the credit union philosophy – meeting members where they are and helping them move forward with confidence.

Since joining RadiFi in late 2024, Adkins has quickly made a measurable impact. Her recognition as Wave Maker of the Year underscores RadiFi’s commitment to valuing contributions based on performance, leadership, and initiative – not just time with the organization.

Adkins credits RadiFi’s culture of trust and empowerment as a key factor in her success. “There’s a level of trust from leadership that allows you to lead your department and implement change,” she said. “That makes a real difference.”
