  1. Eligibility:
    1. The giveaway is open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
    2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the RadiFi Credit Union are not eligible to participate.
    3. Participants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  2. Entry:
    1. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win the giveaway.
    2. Participants may enter the giveaway by completing the entry form provided by RadiFi Credit Union.
    3. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
  3. Giveaway Period:
    1. The giveaway begins at 9:00 am on August 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm on September 30, 2026. All entries must be received by the specified end date and time to be eligible.
  4. Winner Selection:
    1. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
    2. The selection will take place within seven days following the end of the giveaway period.
    3. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  5. Winner Notification:
    1. The winner will be notified via email or phone on the day of the selection.
    2. The winner must respond to the notification to claim the prize.
    3. If the winner fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.
  6. Prize:
    1. The prize is a $100 Visa Gift Card.
    2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitute.
    3. RadiFi Credit Union reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of similar value if necessary.
  7. Publicity:
    1. By participating in the giveaway, participants grant RadiFi Credit Union the right to use their names, photographs, and other relevant information for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
  8. General Conditions:
    1. RadiFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
    2. RadiFi is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or technical malfunctions that may occur.
    3. By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless RadiFi Credit Union, its employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the giveaway.
    4. By submitting this form, you agree to receive marketing communications from RadiFi Credit Union via email and text message. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time.
  9. Governing Law:
    1. The giveaway and these rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
